Office cleaning
Office cleaning that leaves desks, kitchens, meeting rooms and restrooms ready before your first person walks in.
An office is judged in small moments: the coffee counter at nine, the conference table before a client meeting, the restroom after lunch. Office cleaning from Fieldstone is aimed at those moments.
After your team heads home, the crew empties bins, wipes clear desk surfaces, resets meeting rooms, cleans the kitchen from sink to appliance fronts, restocks restrooms and finishes with the floors.
Suites in a shared building, single-tenant offices and multi-floor headquarters all get a routine written for their own layout.
Step by step
01
Desks, kitchens, meeting rooms, restrooms and reception.
02
Nightly, three evenings a week or a weekly visit.
03
The crew works once the last person heads out.
04
Bins empty, counters wiped, floors done.
An office at eight in the morning is the honest report card for the night before. Is the coffee counter clear and dry? Are the bins under the desks empty? Does the restroom smell clean and have paper? Are there crumbs on the carpet under the lunch table?
Every one of those questions maps to a line on the nightly routine. When the answers are all yes, nobody thinks about cleaning at all, which is the point. When one slips, tell us and the supervisor follows it up with the crew.
A small suite in a shared building usually has one entry, one kitchen and a restroom down the hall that belongs to the landlord. A full-floor tenant has its own restrooms and several kitchens. A single-tenant building adds the lobby, stairwells and loading area.
Each gets a plan written for what it actually contains. Offices with busy kitchens often add a daytime porter, and carpet near desks and doors stays fresh with periodic extraction. See how plans differ on our office industry page.
A 3,500-square-foot office cleaned five nights a week usually runs $525 to $875 a month in our service area. That band reflects the typical 2026 market rate of $0.15 to $0.25 per sq ft monthly, lower in Sacramento-area suburbs and higher on the Peninsula and in San Francisco. A large, open floor with few people starts around $0.10, and offices with heavy daily use and long task lists go as high as $0.46. Our guide to commercial cleaning cost compares the bands city by city.
Bigger offices show how it scales. A 9,000-square-foot Palo Alto office floor with 55 people, three restrooms and a kitchen that feeds the team all day is priced near $0.23. Five nights a week, that is $2,070 a month. The same floor on three nights costs less, but the kitchen and desks go longer between visits, and most busy teams notice.
Headcount drives the rate as much as footage. More people means more trash, more dishes and more restroom traffic. Glass walls on meeting rooms, carpet versus hard floor, and whether the crew can start at six or has to wait out late meetings all move it. Local wage rates count too, and they run higher in San Francisco and Berkeley than around Sacramento. Interior glass, carpet extraction and floor refinishing sit outside the nightly rate. We walk the office with you and send a written plan and quote that lists the work area by area.
A few useful answers
Papers and personal items stay where they are. Crews wipe clear surfaces and empty the bins.
Yes. A two-room suite gets the same care and the same written routine as a full floor.
Our crews bring their own products and equipment. Restroom paper and soap can come from your stock or ours.
Fridge exteriors are wiped on every visit, and a full clean-out can go on the schedule, such as every other Friday.
The crew starts in empty rooms and works toward the occupied ones, keeping noise down as they go.
Once we walk the new floor, it is added to your written plan and the crew starts there on the date you pick.
Supervisors run quality inspections, walking your floors against the task list and sending any misses back to the crew for the next night.
Yes. Tell us which rooms stay locked and they’re written into the plan as skipped.
