Offices
Offices need to feel ready the minute people arrive. We clean workstations, meeting rooms, kitchens and restrooms once the day is done.
Office buildings come in three shapes: a suite inside a shared building, a full floor with its own restrooms and kitchens, and a headquarters with a lobby and mailroom of its own. Hybrid schedules add one more question: which days people are actually in. The nightly task list itself is on our office cleaning page.
For building owners and property managers, the plan splits the building in two: lobbies, elevators, core restrooms and shared kitchens on the landlord’s routine, and each suite on its tenant’s own nights. Lab and R&D buildings add a list of rooms the crew stays out of.

View detailsA multi-tenant office building has two sets of rooms. The landlord’s are the lobby, elevators, stairwells, core restrooms and any shared kitchen or fitness room; the tenants’ are everything behind their suite doors. Each set gets its own routine, its own nights and its own line in the quote.
That split means a tenant moving out leaves no gap in the lobby, and a new tenant’s suite joins the plan the week it opens. Owners get one contact for the shared spaces, and each tenant can deal with us directly for its own suite.
If your team works in the office Tuesday through Thursday, the building tells the story: kitchens and restrooms carry the load midweek and sit nearly idle on Monday and Friday. Cleaning can follow that, with full visits after the busy days and a lighter pass after the quiet ones.
It keeps the rooms right when people are there and saves you from paying for work an empty office doesn’t need. Our guide to what shapes a cleaning quote shows how frequency moves the numbers.
Nightly office cleaning is the usual starting point, and the rest follows as the office needs it. A kitchen that gets mobbed at noon is a reason for porter hours. Carpet that grays near the desks calls for extraction a few times a year, and tile at the entry and kitchen holds up better on a floor care cycle.
Remodels and expansions bring a one-time cleanup before the new space opens. All of it lives in one written plan.
The nightly task list, the 2026 per-square-foot band and worked examples are on our office cleaning page; in shared buildings the landlord often covers lobbies and core restrooms, which keeps a tenant’s share down.
