Churches
A church should feel welcoming the moment people walk in. We clean sanctuaries, fellowship halls, classrooms, nurseries and restrooms around your services and events.
A church building rarely sits empty for long. Weekend services, midweek groups, weddings, funerals and community meals all use the same rooms, so the plan follows your calendar rather than a fixed nightly slot.
Most churches need two kinds of cleaning: a full clean before the weekend services and lighter upkeep after midweek groups and events. We clean the sanctuary and pews, the fellowship hall and its kitchen, classrooms and nurseries, restrooms and the entrance. Visits are timed around your calendar, not the other way around.

View detailsThe full clean happens before your main services. The sanctuary is dusted and the pews wiped, the aisles and entry vacuumed or mopped, restrooms cleaned and restocked and the lobby set for greeting. Classrooms and nurseries are cleaned with close attention to tables, toys and floors.
After the weekend, a lighter visit resets the building: trash out, restrooms checked and the fellowship hall put back in order after coffee hour.
Churches are busy beyond Sunday. Bible studies, youth groups, choir rehearsals, community meals and support groups all use the building during the week. Weddings and funerals add visits of their own.
Tell us about the calendar and we’ll schedule cleaning around it: a quick reset after a midweek dinner, a full clean before a wedding, and the fellowship hall kitchen cleaned after every meal.
Sanctuary carpet takes heavy foot traffic in short bursts, especially along the center aisle and at the entry. Carpet extraction a few times a year, timed between services, keeps it from graying. Fellowship hall and classroom tile stays bright with a floor care cycle.
All of it rolls into one plan with your regular janitorial visits, so the building is cared for on a rhythm that matches your congregation.
A simple pattern works for most churches: one full clean before the weekend and one lighter reset early in the week. Seasons like Easter and Christmas bring larger crowds, extra services and more events in the fellowship hall, so visits can increase for those weeks and return to normal after. Church cleaning is available in Folsom, Concord, Walnut Creek and every other city on our list.
Churches usually price at or a little below office rates per square foot, and they rarely need cleaning five nights a week. According to 2026 market data, offices in our region run $0.15 to $0.25 per square foot each month, lower around Sacramento and higher in San Francisco, but two or three visits a week is usually enough for a church. Fewer visits means fewer crew hours, so the monthly total sits well below an office of the same size. A sanctuary is a large open room and pews take time, but the nursery, kitchen and restrooms take the most care.
Take an 11,000-square-foot church in Folsom with a sanctuary, a fellowship hall with a kitchen, six classrooms, a nursery and four restrooms. If it were an office cleaned five nights at $0.15, it would run $1,650 a month. On a schedule of a full clean before Sunday and a lighter visit after Wednesday groups, it comes to roughly $700 a month. Weddings, funerals, holiday services and hall rentals add visits. We plan the week around your calendar on the walkthrough.
