Schools
Students and teachers deserve a clean place to start each day. We clean classrooms, hallways, restrooms, offices and gyms after the last bell.
School cleaning follows the bell schedule and the academic calendar. Nightly work keeps classrooms and restrooms ready for the morning bus, and the long breaks are set aside for floors and carpet.
Crews arrive after the last bell and work through classrooms, hallways, restrooms, the front office and shared spaces like the library and gym. Desks and door handles are wiped, trash is cleared and floors are swept and mopped. School breaks are when we do the heavy work: carpet extraction in classrooms and refinishing in the hallways. Schools of every size, from small private campuses to larger buildings, get a plan written for their rooms and their calendar, in Concord, Folsom and every other city on our list. Day-to-day cleaning runs on our recurring janitorial service.

View detailsCrews arrive once students and most staff are gone. Classrooms come first: trash out, desks and tables wiped, whiteboard trays cleared and floors swept, mopped or vacuumed. Hallways, stairwells and entry doors follow, with door handles and push bars wiped on the way through.
Student and staff restrooms get a full clean and restock every visit. The front office, library, gym and multipurpose rooms are covered on the schedule set in the plan, so the whole school is ready for the morning bus.
School breaks are when floors get their deep care. Summer is the time for stripping and refinishing hallway and classroom tile, and winter and spring breaks work well for carpet extraction in classrooms and offices.
We plan that work around any summer projects on campus, so floor crews and other trades aren’t in each other’s way. Our guide on reading floor wear shows what to look for before the break.
Back-to-school nights, performances, sports and weekend rentals all leave their mark. Tell us about the calendar and we’ll add visits after the big events, so the building is clean for Monday.
A school plan sorts tasks into three groups. Daily: classrooms, restrooms, hallways and trash. Weekly: high dusting, glass on interior doors and deeper restroom work. Break time: floor refinishing, carpet extraction and anything that needs empty rooms for a full day. The written plan shows all three, so the year has no surprises.
Schools generally price at or slightly below office rates. Against the 2026 market band for offices in our region, $0.15 to $0.25 per sq ft a month, classrooms, hallways and offices often land near the bottom of it, with Sacramento-area campuses lower than Bay Area ones. Classrooms are open rooms with hard floors and a short task list, so a crew moves through them quickly. Restrooms, gyms and cafeterias take more time, and break-period work such as carpet extraction and hallway refinishing is priced separately.
A worked example: a 34,000-square-foot private K-8 school in Concord with 18 classrooms, a library, a small gym and eight restrooms, cleaned each school night. At $0.15 a square foot, that comes to $5,100 a month. Summer and winter breaks bring the heavy floor work. Evening events, weekend rentals of the gym or hall, and a campus spread across several buildings all add time. We walk the campus with your facilities lead and fold the school-year and break schedules into one plan.
