Where the region shops for cars.

New-car stores in Northern California like company, and auto rows in San Jose, Fremont, Concord, Walnut Creek, Roseville and Elk Grove put franchise showrooms side by side.

When a competitor sits next door, the cleanest showroom on the block has an edge before a word is spoken. Fieldstone keeps dealerships spotless from the front glass to the parts counter, so buyers and service customers judge your store on its best day, every day.

Showroom floors and glass.

The showroom is a stage, and the lighting shows every flaw. Inside faces of tall windows, entry doors and display glass are cleaned of fingerprints and haze, display pedestals and turntables are dusted, and the floor is cleaned around and under each vehicle so polished tile and concrete reflect the paint the way they should.

Tire marks left when cars are rolled onto the floor are lifted before opening, and the reception desk, sales cubicles, brochure racks and kiosks are wiped down. Burnishing, scrubbing and refinishing run through commercial floor care on a night when the floor has time to cure before customers arrive.

Delivery bays and handover corners get the same care. Buyers take photos there with their new keys, so the backdrop wall, the floor, the seating and any glass behind them get attention each night, with a second look before any big weekend.

The lounge and restrooms.

A service customer may spend most of a morning in your lounge, and it should feel like a place worth waiting in. Chairs, side tables, charging stations and the play corner are cleaned, and the coffee bar’s counter, sink, machine exterior and snack shelf are wiped while the floor in front of it is mopped of drips and crumbs.

Every restroom in the building, front of house and back, is scrubbed, disinfected and restocked each night. Carpeted lounges and offices get hot-water extraction through commercial carpet cleaning when coffee spills and foot traffic start to show.

Offices, the service drive and the parts counter.

Sales offices and the finance office are where the deal gets signed. Desks, chairs, phones, monitors and glass walls are wiped, floors are vacuumed or mopped and bins are emptied, while paperwork and folders on desks are left exactly as they were.

The service drive is the front door for every service customer. Advisor desks, write-up counters, the cashier station and the service waiting area are cleaned each visit, and the drive’s concrete is machine-scrubbed on a schedule to lift oil and road grime before it tracks inside.

At the back, the parts counter and parts office are cleaned, and technician break rooms and locker areas get their counters, appliances, tables and benches done, the same way support spaces are cleaned in our industrial and warehouse cleaning.

Ready at opening, ready for the weekend.

Dealerships keep long hours and do much of their business on weekends. Cleaning happens after the showroom closes, so the store is ready when the first customer pulls in. Ahead of a holiday sale or a new-model launch, an extra visit gives the showroom and lounge a deeper clean the night before.

During a busy sales weekend, day porter services keep restrooms stocked, the coffee bar tidy and the showroom glass clear while your team stays with customers.

One plan for the whole store.

Most dealerships are more than one room. Used-vehicle offices, collision center front desks, detached service buildings and second-floor administrative suites all join the same written plan, cleaned on the same nights with the same standard as the main showroom.

Stores that share a center or a plaza with other businesses can pair the dealership plan with commercial cleaning for those spaces, so one schedule and one contact cover everything you manage.

What sets the price of dealership cleaning.

Dealership pricing follows the size and use of the store. Square footage, the amount of showroom glass, floor finish, visits per week, weekday and weekend hours, the number of restrooms, the service drive and parts areas, event-night visits and porter hours are the main factors.

We walk the whole store with your manager and send a written plan and quote that lists every area, its tasks and how often each happens.

A few useful answers

Common questions.

Can you clean after our showroom closes at 9 p.m.?

Yes. Crews arrive after closing, weekends included, and finish before opening so the floor, glass and lounge are ready for the first customer.

What do you use on a polished showroom floor?

A neutral cleaner and soft pads every night, with scrubbing, burnishing or refinishing scheduled for nights when the floor can dry fully before opening.

Can a porter cover a holiday sales weekend?

Yes. A day porter can be booked for the event, keeping restrooms stocked, the coffee bar clean and showroom glass free of handprints while traffic is heavy.

Does the service waiting area get cleaned every visit?

Yes. Seating, tables, the coffee station, restrooms and the advisor desks beside the drive are cleaned on every visit, with the drive floor scrubbed on its own schedule.

Can several stores in one dealer group share a plan?

Yes. Each store gets its own walkthrough and task list, and the group can share one plan and one point of contact.
